What You'll Do / Responsibilities

You are responsible for
- Proactive approach to service quality, mitigation partner and customer POC and troubleshooting
- To carry out further diagnosis & isolate on immediate attack events and do an escalation and notification if necessary
- Escalation point from L2 analyst
- DDoS or CC attack event analysis, report writing and presentation
- Technical support and ticket handling
- Write technical documents such as console handbook, operation plan
- Strong understanding of IT operations process: incident handling, problem management
- Strong ability to communicate: write and speak clearly to different kinds of audiences

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
- Knowledge in: DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, Caching and Websocket
- Good at with Linux command: curl, dig, mtr, tcpdump
- Extensive experience troubleshooting DNS, Web and networking-related issues
- Highly service-oriented and experience working in a support role
- Positive personality and good communication skills
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
