We are looking for a qualified candidate to oversee all people operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the management and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on people management and organizational changes.
⚫ Partnership with senior managers on developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
⚫ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
⚫ Nurture a positive working environment and promoting company culture;
⚫ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
⚫ Employee relations, counseling and disciplining employees.
⚫ Maintain/Enhance work place’s facilities to maintain a healthy workforce in terms of safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
⚫ Manage the recruiting, on-boarding, promotion, and employee exit processes;
⚫ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
⚫ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
⚫ Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale;
⚫ Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management;
⚫ Manage/Maintain Employee Welfare Committee;
⚫ Oversee staff attendance and absence;
⚫ Manage payroll, record keeping, and other HR related administrative task;
⚫ BS degree HR or similar;
⚫ Relevant experience in an HR role, minimum 5 years;
⚫ The ability to work independently;
⚫ The ability to deal with ambiguous instructions/tasks;
