What You'll Do / Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with management team to craft the company’s vision and mission
  • Partnership with senior managers on developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; 
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization; 
  • Nurture a positive working environment and promoting company culture;
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues; 
  • Employee relations, counseling, and disciplining employees. 
  • Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale; 
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in HR or similar
  • Relevant experience in an HR role, minimum 5 years; 
  • The ability to work independently; 
  • The ability to deal with ambiguous instructions/tasks; 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; 
  • Excellent people management skills; 
  • Aptitude in communicating and public speaking
  • Team player; 
  • Analytical and problem solving skills; 
  • Strong time management and priorities management skills; 
  • Labor Law Knowledge Skills; 
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook; 
  • Good command of Chinese and English language skills; 
  • Strong business acumen in IT startup company is a big plus.
